I am looking for a company or repair person for several repair jobs at my home.  These jobs include:  

Repairing a 3rd-floor back window that cannot be fully closed; may have hinge issues.  

Checking & repairing our wooden back sunroom (that replaced a back porch 20 years ago) & the 2nd-floor 

deck on top of it for water leakage, rotted wood, etc.  This work might involve the deck, the back wall & the floor.  

Pouring part of a sidewalk on the side of our house that is currently gravel after pipe repairs, and which has 

pooling issues.  

Building a screen insert for a transom window.  

There could be more jobs.
