Like new SPT 12,000 BTU Window A/C Energy Star WA-1211S for sale. I ordered this unit off Amazon last July. It more than lived up to my expectations and kept my (~800 sq ft) apartment VERY COOL for two months of moderate use before being packed away for the winter. Very energy efficient with digital temperature display, washable filter, timer, 3 speed fan, dehumidifying, and cooling settings. Comes in original box it was shipped in with all applicable manuals and remote control.
