My name is Matt Stookey and I am the owner of PHC (Penn House Co.). We purchased the building located at 5810 Bryant St. last year and just had a few tenants move out towards the end of 2024. This is the building that has the 2 storefronts - Panache & The Roost. We did a complete renovation on both apartment units, one of them is a 1 bed/1 bath unit and the other is a 2 bed/1 bath unit, and these units are both available to rent as of a few weeks ago.
