Hi Folks, I have a sweet male Thai student (22yrs old) who is temporarily living at my home who needs housing beginning mid-August for a year or so - he's a grad student at CMU.  He's quiet, tidy, and gracious.  He prefers something furnished, but can make do with whatever - so long as it is small (efficiency, studio or 1 bedroom) and East end for bus connections.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
