Dear Neighbors,<div><br></div><div>Do any of you use <u>Clear</u> Internet?  It&#39;s more affordable than Verizon or Comcast, but I have no sense of its reliability.</div><div><br></div><div>If you do use Clear and have an opinion, I&#39;d love to hear it.</div>
