The pergola is in good to fair condition.  It has some rust but is structurally sound.  Dimensions are approximately 10 ft. x 10 ft. x 7 1/2 ft. tall.  Beige canopy included.

Please come prepared with tools to disassemble and a vehicle large enough to transport.
