Hello Highland Park neighbors,
My roommate just finished her residency at UMPC and moved to Boston. I am looking for a new roommate to move into my apartment in Shadyside. Please share with anyone who might be interested.
About the apartment:
- 2 bedroom/2 bath
- exposed brick in living room.
- working fireplace
- building is a house from late 1800s that was upgraded in 1980s to condos (doesn't look 80s)
- high ceilings, open floor plan
- hardwood in living room, carpet in bedrooms and hallways is only 4 years old (has never been touched by pets)
- tandem parking space in back for 2 cars (plus street parking)
- free laundry in the basement (hook-ups for washer & dryer in unit)
- dishwasher & fridge have been replaced in past 4 years
- central A/C
- bathrooms were repainted last week
- landlords are awesome and super responsive, one of the reasons I've stayed so long.
- neighbors are nice, professional and quiet.
