Neighbors,<br>&nbsp; I'm having a problem and could use some help.<br>&nbsp; I own the white brick house at Hampton &amp; N St Clair, directly across from Fulton School.<br>&nbsp; I'm currently living overseas with the Army.<br>&nbsp; My white picket fence is being vandalized.&nbsp; Yesterday (Saturday), 3 more pickets were pulled out between 0800 &amp; noon.<br>&nbsp; The police said that my neighbor can't call the vandalism in because she's not the property owner.&nbsp; I do have a tenant and I'm going to email her.<br>&nbsp; If you're walking the neighborhood, please consider taking a camera and capturing criminal activity.<br>&nbsp; I can't do much from here but find it a special crime that the police won't support someone calling in a problem.<br>&nbsp; What if there's serious crime in one of the vacant houses, would the response (or lack) be the same.<br>&nbsp; I'm open for any
