Dear Jessica,
It
is likely that those are sewer flies. To remedy this situation, put a
cup or more of bleach into each of your drains as well as in your floor
drain in your basement in the evening before retiring to sleep. If they
persist, repeat the process. I hope this is helpful.

My
sister taught me this one and it
works! Put some cut up or spoiled fruit
in a bowl, seal it with saran wrap and poke a few
holes in it with a skewer. The bugs get
in and can’t get out! Try it over
night. Good luck!
