This infuriates me.   There are cameras all over Target and that entire intersection is equipped with cameras that tax payers paid for.  Why can't someone look at ANY of the cameras and help him find out who stole his bike?  I have never heard of those cameras being used for any purpose whatsoever.  There is still a lot of crime in that area - so why did the city install them?
