Become a Part of a Future Star's Career
Dear Friends of Opera Theater,
Would you like to adopt a singer - at no cost, and with a possible tax
benefit? You can create a supportive friendship with a young artist that will
enrich your and the singer's lives for years to come.
This June and July, as part of our new SummerFest 2012, Opera Theater is
starting a professional Young Artist Training Program. This will bring nearly
40 responsible young adult singers and artists, aged 22 -32, to Pittsburgh.
We are looking for hosts to 'adopt a singer' and provide a home stay to one
or more of these participants, for periods of time ranging from 1 day to 6
weeks. In addition to housing, we are also in need of loaned vehicles and
electronic pianos. To select a singer for adoption, you can go online to see

contributions could be tax deductible. More importantly, your generosity will
make your adopted artist's time in Pittsburgh both comfortable and memorable.
In addition, you will get to know your artists on a personal level, watch
them grow, and know that your support helped propell their careers.
