My neighbor(on N.Negley) had an orange cat run out of her basement when she opened the door today.   This cat is now in a backyard on Callowhill.   If this sounds like your kitty come take a look in the 5600 block of Callowhill.   He's orange with a white nose and paws.  No collar.
