[Highland Park] street paving followup

Thanks to everyone who let me know the number to call: 311   I called this afternoon after I got home from work, but oddly enough, on my way home from the bus stop, I saw that a few of the potholes had been (rather sloppily) filled, while the majority were still there. Odd coincidence? They must have been filled just today because they weren't filled when I left this morning.   I called nonetheless because if that's their idea of street repairs, it's a joke. Supposedly we are now on a waiting list. I will call again if nothing is done in the next month.   Neepa Majumdar
