Ben Rumbaugh is in the joint Master of Divinity and Master of Public Policy program at Pittsburgh Theological Seminary and CMU. Lauren Enty Rumbaugh is a social worker at Three Rivers Youth. They were trained through Pittsburgh Interfaith Impact Network in a program developed in St. Louis after the 2014 death of Michael Brown in Ferguson, MO.
