Last night on the 1400 block of N. Saint Clair (near Parklane Apartments) someone broke my mother's car window and went through the car. The car was locked and didn't contain much of value. They took some toll road change from the glove box. It is an older model car with child carseats (now covered in glass shards) in the back seat and nothing to tempt a robber.
