hi:

does anyone know what can be done about a very mean dog only separated (in own yard) by a very old stockade wooden fence.  this dog tries to get at me and my family and/or our dogs when we are in our yard.  it is the neighbor's fence.  this issue has been spoken about and nothing has been done.  the dog RIPS the fence posts out when we are in the yard at the same time.  it is very scary for all.  please help!  thanks!
