This is a 3 hour 'hands-on' class where you will prepare all the dishes and have time to relax and visit with friends over tea!

Menu:  chocolate raspberry scones, egg salad tea sandwich, cream puffs filled with chicken salad, smoked salmon on pumpernickel tea sandwich, hazelnut shortbread with fleur de sel, lemon mousse, chocolate pots de crème, & a variety of teas.
