[Highland Park] Loose Dog

While walking my dog this morning, we encountered a small-medium sized black and tan dog. The dog had on a collar with tags, but wouldn't let me close enough to look at the tags. I believe the dog is female but am not sure, We saw her on Bryant St, near King Ave, she went down King towards Cordova. Christine
