Route 8 Lane Closures Friday under Highland Park Bridge in Pittsburgh

 

Pittsburgh, PA - PennDOT District 11 is announcing short-term lane closures on Route 8 (Butler Street) in the area under the Highland Park Bridge in the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, will occur on Friday, April 20.

 

Restrictions will occur as needed in each direction from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday. Crew will be conducting bridge inspection activities. Mackin Engineering and the Sofis Rigging Company will perform the work.

 

PennDOT advises motorists to use caution, slow down, and expect changing traffic patterns when traveling through the area. Visit 511pa.com or call 511 from any phone to check traffic conditions on major roadways before traveling.
