We bought this AC unit 2 summers ago and in fact, only used it for one. It has been hanging out in our dry basement since then, just waiting for me to put it on the listserv (we went for whole house AC).  Great for cooling off a bedroom or two during this warm weather!

Comes with remote, manual, and brackets for window installation.
