NeighborsJoin Pittsburgh Metro-Urban Institute at Pittsburgh Theological Seminary in the launch of its Urban Leadership Series on Mon., Nov., 6 at 6 p.m. in McNaugher Lounge on campus.

 

The topic for this opening session will be, CONDUCTING A COMMUNITY ASSESSMENT presented by Jerome Jackson, Executive Director of Operation Better Block. This session will prepare individuals to effectively assess the assets, needs, and resources within their community. A community assessment is an effective tool for individuals and organizations to ensure their initiatives are appropriately addressing the needs of the community and utilizing its resources.
