Put wood in your windows to stop then being lifted up. Make sure it’s tight to the wall. 

Use a door bar under the door handles/knobs. 

Door chains at the top of a door. THey will be Hidden and awkward to undo. 

Any high risk window. Use window bars or get secondary paneling. Or glass block 
It is a huge deterrent. 

Put a lock on the first inside door from the back door and lock at night. No one suspects this. 

Use the small plastic stoppers on your windows to limit the opening   Leave the stoppers open at all times. 

A door bolt hidden at the very top of very bottom of a door helps also

Have front and back lights and make sure they are motion sensors.
