Our house is a sunny, spacious home in the Shadyside neighborhood of Pittsburgh. The home is surrounded by trees. It has 3 stories with hardwood floors (with beautiful inlays) and original woodwork, an open first floor plan (kitchen, dining room and living room connected), and a large back yard. We have taken good care of the home (recently installed a new roof, new exterior paint job, and so on) and garden (which has a treehouse, playgym, pond, fruit trees, and vegetable gardening area). Amenities include, central air conditioning, spacious yard, and easy access to great shopping and local universities (CMU, Pitt, Chatham, etc.).
