in need of binoculars and gaitors

Hi HPers! I am looking to acquire a decent pair of binoculars and a pair of gaitors (knee high). I am willing to buy them, and before I head off to buy these items, I wanted check to see if any birders out there might have spares after they upgraded, or a pair gathering dust.
