When are they replacing the Heth's Run bridge?

This was in today's news:


Highland Park drilling to affect Route 8 traffic
Geotechnical research and drilling on Route 8 near the Pittsburgh Zoo will intermittently close lanes in both directions on weekdays, starting today and continuing through early December, PennDOT said. The closures will happen from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and from 7 p.m. and 6 a.m. The work is preparation for replacing the bridge that carries Route 8 over Heth's Run. [The old spelling is Haight's Run]
