I am a cellist and hold a Bachelor of Music degree in Cello Performance from Southern Methodist University. I have played in orchestras in Kansas and Texas, and was co-principal cellist for the National Symphony Orchestra in La Paz, Bolivia. I have done teacher training on the Suzuki method and have worked extensively with children and youth teaching private lessons.
