I'm currently the tenant in this apartment, but just bought a home and need to find someone to start a new lease with the landlords January 1st.

The last people I had lined up had to back out, so I'm puttin' it out there again!

It's a HUGE arts and crafts style apartment on the second floor at the corner of North Negley and Callowhill in Highland Park. Single unit in a large four-unit building a few blocks from the park and a few steps from the King Estate.

The apartment has its own w/d (NOT coin-op), electric cooktop stove, garbage disposal, dishwasher, and air conditioning units (two, both window units), with radiator heat.

There are built-ins and hardwood floors with TONS of closet and storage space. Lots of natural light from newer windows.

Parking is NEVER an issue, but there is an off-street space for one car (that comes with the apartment).

The neighbors are awsome and quiet people, in no way nosey or obnoxious as some neighbors can be. It's such a great place, and I'm sad to be leaving this apartment, but I know the next tenants will love it as much as I have.

The rent is $750 a month. 3bd/2ba.
