He's redone floors, painted, dry-walled, repaired plaster, built a deck.....this list could go on. He pays a lot of attention to detail and works with integrity and reliability. They put a new floor in our carriage house and we are going to have them refinish our entire first floor this month too. We are using a guy named Bob Lampenfield for our walls. Brian R. Hoover Hoover Contracting Co., Inc. 724-321-2272 Rich Joyce who owns Joycebilt Construction has been the contractor for major things we've been doing to our house inside and out here in Highland Park. He and his people have been wonderful to work with. His base group is partly family, and they are all nice people to have around as well as accomplished at what they do.
