The short answer is no, dogs are not allowed on the upper track around the reservoir.  

Officially, the list includes:
  • No Littering
  • No Feeding the Birds
  • No Swimming
  • No Skating
  • No Wading
  • No Bikes or Unauthorized Vehicles
  • No Fishing
  • No Dogs 
Attached is the new signage that will go up that more clearly marks what is expected. The signage has been produced, they are developing the signage installation plan now.

Before the construction there were “No dogs” signs and I never saw dogs up there.  Since reopening, the signs are still there, yet I see people walking their dogs almost every day.  As a dog-lover, it doesn’t bother me; I am just curious.
