Here's what you will walk away with:
- Knowing the difference between social mediums and "traditional mediums"
- Differences in expectations and practice in marketing as it pertains to the above
- Set up at least one account for your organization, business, non-profit, etc.
- Learned by doing! Navigating your account/s as a business (as different than personally) on whatever platform/s we use
- Specific needs as defined by group via questionnaire or during the seminar
Bring your notebook/laptop or tablet, although the former is better. A smartphone will get you through in a pinch, if that's your only portable device. (If you have more than one, bring them! Things appear different on different devices.)
