Seeking Volunteers for Spay-A-Thon 2023!

This year on October 16-17, Humane Animal Rescue of Pittsburgh’s East Side Veterinary Medical Center will host the 6th annual 24 hour Spay-A-Thon! This round-the-clock event will serve over 400 community cats.

We are looking for DVM, veterinary tech, and general volunteers to help make Spay-A-Thon 2023 happen!

We're asking for volunteers to help out during this vital event, which will reduce the unwanted pet population by providing hundreds of community cats with spay/neuter surgery, rabies vaccines, FVRCP vaccines, flea prevention and ear tip at no cost to their caretakers.

If you are available for any shift during the 24-hour event running from October 16-17, 2023, we'd love your help!
