Hi all, I Air Bnbed my home before covid. I am considering this again. When I look online, it appears the market has been driven down a bit (supply/demand?). I have a 3BR/2.5 BA 2500 square foot free standing semi-updated Victorian home.

I do also understand there is a pending bill in the city about licensure to run an Air Bnb.

I am wondering if anyone who is Air Bnbing in Highland Park and surrounding areas would be willing to share their recent experiences, both positives and negatives? 

I had good experiences in the past,  and am simply wondering if anything has changed.
