Neighbors -<br>A friendly reminder that this Sunday, Sept 13, Josh Ryer of Ryer Martial Arts Academy <a href="http://ryeracademy.com/">http://ryeracademy.com/</a> will be hosting a self-defense class from 1:00-2:15 at his Shadyside studio.  All are welcome - ages 12 to 112 - and no advance registration is necessary.  A $20 donation at the door will go directly toward the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.<br>
