Hi mailing list! Long-time reader, first-time poster...
...but it could be one of the last times: I've transferred to an overseas job. We might be back someday, though, so we're putting our house up for rent.

The basics are: three stories, 4BR, 3.5 baths, renovated top-to-bottom in 2013. New, efficient appliances. Easy walk to Bryant St., convenient to Stanton and Negley buses. Available February 1st.
What charmed us about the house is that it's very bright---it sits on a quiet corner and only one side faces a neighbor's place. Even on the dreariest days you get plenty of light.
We bought it and kept it up as our home, but now we have to go. If you or someone you know is interested, please get in touch!
