This November, Pittsburgh residents will vote on a referendum to decide on the future of public funding for Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh (CLP) by creating a dedicated levy to support it. The outcome of that referendum will have far reaching implications on CLP and the valuable services it provides to our communities.
