Hi Neighbors,

 

I am posting this for a good friend of mine who just moved back to Pittsburgh and is looking for an apartment to rent. 

 

She is a non-smoker looking for a one to two bedroom aparment in the Highland Park area.  She can be flexible as to the lease start date. She has a cat and a dog, so it must be pet friendly.
