Dear Neighbors:

We will be having our second annual Highland Park Kids obstacle course event during the Reservoir of Jazz concert this evening. If anyone has any interesting

equipment to contribute, please call me asap: 412.370-3778. We need two of each item to make 2 competing courses. 

In particular, I'm looking for: 

2 short flat ladders (wooden or rope/plastic) 

2 large rakes

2 soccer or other sturdy balls

2 sturdy plastic step stools (to support a 2x4 that I have for a balance beam; I do have 2 additional stools).

Also, I'll take volunteers to help set up and monitor the course, give out water to kids, etc. 

I may also do a craft table so I'll need a couple of volunteers to help with that activity. Please step up and help out!! These are really fun and rewarding activities. Also, I will sign any teens' SACK books or other volunteer forms so let's teach our youth about the importance of volunteerism!!
