Hi folks,
Here is the list of supplies for the free Zoom Christmas gnome class on December 3rd at 10am, sponsored by the Highland Park Garden Club.
Gnome supplies:
A tomato plant cage
2 bunches of evergreens - at least 8 branches. You can use branches from different evergreens. I'll be using Douglas and Noble firs. McTighes sells bunches of 4 branches for $8 to $10 each. They have a wide selection of evergreen branches.
A Santa or other hatÂ
Something for the nose: a potato or yam, a small burlap bag filled with stuffing or an old stocking cut at the foot and stuffed or an ornament.
Optional: children's mittens and 2 small plastic bags to stuff them.
Tools:
Floral wire or gardening wire (easily bendable).
Gardening gloves or vinyl gloves (to protect against sap)
Wire cutter
Pruner
See you next week!
