Today, on Stanton Avenue next to the Community Gardens, a Mr. Port O. John moved in.

 

I phoned the telephone number that's on Mr. John's house, but only received a recording to call back on Monday. 

 

While it's sitting on city/park property, I don't appreciate looking at it from my front windows (it's doesn't blend in with the fall foliage...) and it surely doesn't seem there's a need for it there. All the homes here have indoor plumbing. 

 

Also, given the vandalism of the "johns" in the park and the most recent vandalism of dozens of car windows on this street, the last thing we need is to see our new neighbour "Mr. John" on it's side.

 

Does anyone know who within the city I should contact to find out why in the world Mr. John now resides in our neighbourhood?
