Hi This is Teppanyaki Kyoto Restaurant,
On February 3, people in Japan celebrate "Setsubun", a custom to celebrate the coming of spring. On this day people eat a sushi roll called Eho-maki. Eho-maki is believed to bring good luck when it is eaten facing the direction of best luck that is specified each year. This year please eat the Eho-maki facing South-south east.

In order to celebrate setsubunn, we will be selling a DIY Eho-maki kit where you can make your own Eho-maki with your own ingredients. We will also sell Eho-maki made by the chef. Order by only reservation.

This special is PRE-ORDER only. Please place order BEFORE 1/31 Sunday BY 8PM.  PLEASE Call 412-441-1610.

Pick-ups will be on 2/2 Tuesday and 2/3 Wednesday.
