Through friends and friends of friends, I've heard of 8 armed robberies and muggings in the past week. The suspects' descriptions and actions all sound similar. They have been in 3 parts of Friendship,
2 on Stanton Ave near N. Negley (close to the Union Project), 1 in Bloomfield (80 year old woman carrying her groceries home), and 2 in the 9th ward of Lawrenceville.
Please be safe everybody. Hopefully the police are working extra hard on this as it is a serious threat to the public.
