What’s the scoop on reservoir #2?

 

Does anyone have any info. on the (rumored) trail restoration below Stanton Ave.

and between Stanton and Wash. Blvd?

 

The area I’m wondering about would be between the Stanton Ave. entrance

and across from the lake, but below the road and between Stanton and Wash Blvd.
