Hello neighbors!

We are a local woman-physician-owned studio on South Highland Avenue with group fitness, yoga, and a plant based teaching kitchen.

This Saturday, November 9th, from 4-6 pm, join Chef Janet Loughran of Red Wagon Meals/@chef.life.hacks in the Rebel Wellness teaching kitchen to learn about easy plant-based meal prep for home cooks. Are you short on time, but want to have vibrant, healthy meals throughout the week? Combine simple ingredients to create a canvas that can be dressed up with a multitude of flavors and ingredients. This class will help you break free of routine which can often feel dull with the same few recipes and lead to becoming complacent. Take home new methods to keep meals bright, interesting, and delicious!

Cost: $35 for the 2 hour workshop which includes learning how to cook and enjoy a meal!
