Hello everyone!

My husband, daughter and I have lived in the Point Breeze area for a little over a year now while I attend graduate school at CMU. Recently a number of friends in the Highland Park neighborhood have encouraged us to consider relocating, and so we are, in fact, considering!

Here's where we could use your help. We have a lease that expires at the end of May and would be looking for a new place to lease for the coming year. We're interested in a 3-bedroom (or 2 bed+den/office) home with 1+ bath, W/D hookups, lots of storage that is also pet-friendly. We have a well-behaved, potty-trained, Boston Terrier who is part of our family, so we need a place that will accept small (less than 25 lbs) pets. We'd prefer a standalone house or duplex, but would be willing to consider all options. 

If you have, or know of someone who has, a rental property that matches this description, please let us know! We'd be happy to provide more information upon request, and there are a number of residents would would be willing to vouch for us.
