As usual, the response to my inquiry about furnace repair people was terrific.  I'm attaching the list of suggestions I got.  Thank you Listserve!  My dentist and my furnace repairman disappeared suddenly with no warning, but I now have a new dentist and will have a new furnace repairman thanks to you all.  Joanna
