Hello Highland Park Neighbors,
I am one of the founders of Friends of Albright, a community group that has worked on the historic preservation of the Albright United Methodist Church building.
For the past 42 years, the congreation of Albright has hosted a free community thanksgiving dinner. This was started as a boy scout project and has continued ever since. The goal is to make sure that everyone has a place to come for a warm meal and some fellowship. Friends of Albright has helped to support this dinner for the past several years. If you are interested you can help make sure this years dinner is a success by making a donation on the GoFundMe page and/or signing up to volunteer. Links are included below.
Please share the invitation to the dinner with anyone who might be interested in attending. All are welcome.
