Tonight, Feb 17, around 8pm I heard a horrible sad yowling coming from outside.  I went out to find a white and brown/gray tabby, I think a fixed male.  Extremely tame, but freezing.  My downstairs neighbor says he&#39;s been around for a week.  There&#39;s no way he&#39;s feral.  I&#39;m going to take him to a shelter tomorrow to check for a microchip.  Depending on when this email goes out I&#39;ll be taking him to the animal rescue league - I can&#39;t take him, I have three cats already.  Please tell me if you know who he belongs to, he&#39;s a really sweet cat, he&#39;s curled up in my lap purring right now.<div>
