This is very unusual. Thursday, the day after the first skipped mail, we did not receive a double amount of mail. I am trying to call to report this, but so far have not been able to talk to a real person. I am sitting listening to their very long spiel over and over.

Was anyone successful in reporting  this? This has never happened before. Mail has even been delivered in the evening in the past.
