I received this email because yesterday I signed up with the Allegheny County alert system, asking to receive vaccination alerts. Allegheny County Citizen Notifications - Sign up (everbridge.net).

It sent an alert text and email today about vaccines available starting tomorrow. 

I think it's a valuable resource if you're hoping to schedule an appointment.

A limited number of first dose appointments are available at the Castle Shannon site beginning tomorrow, Tuesday, February 23 through Friday, February 26. These appointments are for individuals aged 65 and older ONLY. The online links for those appointments follow and are expected to fill very quickly:

Appointments for individuals who do not have access to the internet may be made through 2-1-1 beginning at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, February 23, 2021.
All appointments are for the Castle Shannon VFD Banquet Hall at 3600 Library Road. Appointments are required. There is no on-site registration or walk-up appointments available. Any person arriving at the site without an appointment, or who is not 65 and older, will be turned away.
