[Highland Park] noise

Dear Friends, May I suggest that someone with good information send in this noise complaint--and information--to Larry Walsh at the Post-Gazette. I sent in Bob Starensic's complaint about paying at the dump for trash hauls, and I see there is an article about it in the P-G this morning.
